56. 반석(磐石)을 치라
신 광야를
떠나 <리비딤:Rephidim>에 이르렀다.
목 타는 갈증이
사막의 풀잎에 불을 붙인다.
열사는 불길 속에 타고 있다.
모세에게 불평의 돌질이 시작되었다.
모세는 다시 엎드렸다.
호렙 산에서 불어오는 바람결에
그분의 음성이 들렸다. 하수를 치던 지팡이를 들고
반석을 치라. 생수는 터져 나왔다.
목마른 자여, 누구든지
순종의 지팡이를 들어 반석을 치라.
Exodus 17:6
Behold, I will stand before thee there upon
the rock in the Horeb; and thou shalt smite
the rock, and shall come water out of it, that
the people may drink, And Mose did so in
the sight of the elders of Israel.
